What happens now
When we receive your order, we will also require a 50% deposit before we can commence work on your invitations.
Our in-house designer will artwork and format each item and they will be printed using our high quality print system.
You will then receive proofs of each item ordered, which you will need to sign and return to us. Once this has been finalised your order will be completed.
Please allow approximately 4 weeks from the time that we receive your signed proof before receiving your finished invitations. It is possible to produce orders at shorter notice, but please do discuss this with us when you place order.
You will receive a final invoice before your finished order is despatched to you. This will include the final 50% of the order cost plus postage and packaging (charged at cost, free on orders over £200). Payment for this final invoice is due before we despatch your order. Once we receive payment, we will send your stationery by Special Delivery and you will receive it the next day.

Your questions answered
How many invitations should I order?
Even though you are inviting 80 guests to your wedding it doesn't mean you need to send out 80 invitations. Many of your guests will be couples or families living in the same house.
We recommend that you order a few extra day and evening invitations just to allow for any mistakes when addressing them. This also applies to Thank You cards and Place settings.
When should I order the stationery and when should I send out the invitations?
We recommend that you send out your invitations no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding day, however, 12 weeks
is ideal as many guests may be booking holidays over the busy summer months.
We normally require 4 weeks to produce your wedding stationery. This means you need to make your order with us at least 16 weeks prior to your wedding day.
We realise that you will not have finalised things like your Order of Service and Menu until nearer the date of your wedding. You can therefore place orders for these items up to a month before the big day. We can cater for orders made later than this, but please do contact us to check we can do this for you. This also applies to your seating plan, we can take an order for this up to 2 weeks before the wedding, but please check this with us first.
I've chosen the design, but can I have it in a different colour?
We are able to change the colours of any of the designs in our range. If you like the Heart design but would like a red heart on a yellow background then let us know.
I'm not sure which font to use for my stationery?
We have pre-selected a range of standard fonts to use on your stationery. If you are having trouble deciding which font to choose, give us a call and we will happily advise you.
