Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all stationery and print orders within 3 - 5 working days of you placing your order. This does not include Wedding Stationery orders as these require more time for proofing and art working. Please see the Wedding pages for more information on this.

Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class unless specified otherwise. 

Prices are as follows:

Greetings Cards - 70p

Stationery and prints - £2.95

Framed pictures - £5.95

Europe & the rest of the World

We certainly ship overseas. Please contact us on info@daisyfoster.com to discuss placing an order that requires overseas shipment. 

Gift Delivery

If you would like your order delivered directly to the recipient, you can specify this as separate to the billing address during the check out process. 

We offer a gift wrapping service, which is charged at £3.50 per item.

Mistakes

We do not provide proofs for any personalised stationery or print orders*, so please, please check the information you provide at the time of placing your order. In the event that you realise you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to rectify this prior to printing. 

If you contact us after printing has already taken place, we charge 50% of the original cost for reprinting. 

Sadly, due to the personalised nature of most of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any items received bearing mistakes made by yourself in the original order. 

* Personalised 'Like' posters do have a proofing service. You will receive an email with a pdf proof which we suggest you check very carefully before approving for print. 

Returns/Exchange

We are confident that you will be utterly thrilled with your order, but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, we will of course be happy to refund you or offer an exchange. This however cannot be carried out for any personalised orders which are being returned due to a misspelling in the original order. 

If you have to return an order due to an error on our part, or because the item is faulty, we will happily refund you the full cost of your order.
